Welcome to Me Go Mind. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Me Go Mind website, mobile applications, AI assistant, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Me Go Mind Pty Ltd (“Me Go Mind”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

Me Go Mind provides an AI-powered personal assistant designed to help with productivity, organisation, learning, and daily tasks. You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MeGo Mind. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.

4. AI-Generated Content

MeGo Mind uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, suggestions, summaries, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI output may not always be correct, complete, or suitable for your situation.

You should not rely on Me Go for legal, medical, financial, or professional advice without consulting a qualified professional. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or store using our Services. By using MeGo Mind, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts;
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our software without permission;
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.

7. Subscription and Payments

MeGo Mind may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in Australian dollars (AUD) and may renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behaviour. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MeGo Mind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or AUD $100 if you did not pay anything.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
